The Value Chain 3D visualization presents the core ML Systems business model as a continuous loop rather than a linear process. Starting from loan origination with the Reversed Conventional Mortgage, the chain flows through deconstruction — where 80 to 90 percent of materials are recovered — into construction, where the new home is built with expanded square footage and an additional level.

The critical insight this visualization communicates is the return path: after construction completes, the homeowner's increased equity (approximately 9% per cycle) feeds back into eligibility for the next cycle. This is not a one-time transaction but a compounding system. The 3D format allows viewers to see the loop from multiple angles, reinforcing that every phase creates value for the next.
