Transparency Trust Protocol
A visualization of the TTP bands that govern data transparency, access tiers, and trust levels across the ML Systems ecosystem.
The Transparency Trust Protocol visualization maps the concentric bands of data access and trust that govern the ML Systems ecosystem. At the center is full operational transparency — raw data, real-time metrics, unfiltered intelligence — available only to internal systems and the most deeply integrated partners. Each successive band outward represents a broader audience with appropriately scoped data access.
The protocol exists because construction data carries real consequences. Material provenance records affect liability. Efficiency scores influence lending decisions. Recovery metrics impact environmental compliance. The TTP ensures that every data consumer receives information at the appropriate level of detail and context, preventing misinterpretation while maximizing the value of transparency.
For partners and API customers, the TTP bands correspond directly to integration depth tiers: L1 Ontology partners operate near the center with full data access, while L4 Benchmark subscribers receive aggregated, anonymized intelligence at the outer bands. This visualization helps prospective integrators understand exactly what level of data access their use case requires and how the trust relationship develops over time.
